I find myself thinking about the tragic events in Japan and the tremendous courage of the people. Their ability to carry on calmly and with such determination is amazing. My everyday worries and exasperations seem ridiculous compared to theirs. I feel so blessed to move about my home and see familiar objects that are soothing to me...and maybe to you.

The stories we hear coming out of Japan are just truly remarkable. They could teach many of us a thing or two about how to handle adversity.
