This is how I started my day. . . sitting near the tree and sipping on my morning coffee. I think I enjoy the lighted tree more in the darkness of early morning than at night.
I had lots of quiet time this Wednesday. . . making place cards for the Christmas family dinner, writing in my journal, and getting a few more Christmas cards ready for mailing.

I was just talking with my little neighbor from next door and he was telling me how much he liked looking at his tree in the dark. He is 6. My favorite time is late at night and early in the morning. Loved that picture, Sandy!!
