Slow Progress

Reducing stuff is harder than I imagined. I start sorting through papers and then pause to read pages. Soon I'm remembering too much, hesitating to throw anything away. Then I take a break, leave a mess, and go on to something else. At this rate I'll never get it done.

One Christmas gift was this lovely book. Sharing #32.

Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure that you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. - Mary Jean Irion

I putter way too much. I must get back to accomplishing something.
This blog entry is accomplishment #1!

These wonderful old Victoria magazines continue to inspire. Favorite pages get a bookmark, be it ribbon, decorative paper strip, or written note.

One 2015 resolution is to write letters again.

Another resolution is to reread my journals and use Post-it tags to mark key entries. I have started this and have been amazed at the wonderful ordinary days of my life.

I need to stop rambling and make accomplishment #2 happen. Until next time.

I don't find you rambling at all! I thought getting back to blogging would help and it has. Do things at your own pace and enjoy every day!
