Grandsons were here today.
My daylilies are blooming. I owe this lovely specimen to my mother. 
Wish you could smell this gardenia. I'm excited about this very first bloom on a plant I brought from Louisiana about three years ago.Have a great summery weekend.

I love the smell of gardenias.
I haven't had much luck growing them. Maybe I'll give it another go.
My lily's have all gone to their fathers. They were blooming when we bought our house 20 years ago.
They are the orange daylily variety.
